Some personal information is gathered when you complete a form on the web site. During registration, we ask for name, email and telephone number, job title, company name, and business interests.
How does HP Information Security use my information?
HP Information Security collects your information in order to register you for the ISL event, answer questions or to offer other online services including ongoing event communications.
With whom does HP Information Security share my information with?
For the purposes of registering you for the ISL event your details will be made available to Red Route Agency. The event registration database is cleaned and managed by HP Information Security/Red Route Agency who may only process your details for the purposes of your ISL registration.
The participation of our sponsors in these events enables us to provide this event free of charge to you. Part of the value we are able to provide our sponsors is information they can use to more effectively market their products and services. Accordingly, by agreeing to register for this event, you agree that we may share your registration information with our sponsors. We do not permit these companies to use your personally identifiable information without your permission for any purpose other than to send you information about their own products and services.
Apart from the above exceptions HP Information Security will not disclose any information that could allow you to be personally identified, unless you have given us your permission to do so during the completion of any online form.
The IP is managed by HP Information Security and any relevant information supplied by you may also be held on the HP Information Security in-house database and may be used by us to keep you informed of our range of products and services which are related to your business needs.
